Returns + Exchanges

We hope you love your pieces as much as we love making them. But sometimes things don't work out, so we're here to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible.


Return + Exchange Policy Details:

We will gladly accept any like-new product for return or exchange for any reason as long as it is shipped back (label is scanned) within 30 days of receiving it. Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges
:

Domestic: We always offer free shipping on exchanges within the U.S. Please email our Care Team to initiate an exchange.

International: We not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside of the U.S. But you can return the item and re-purchase a new item.


For Returns
:

With in the U.S.: We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email. You will receive a full refund of your order minus a $6 flat rate shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.

For all returns, the shipping labels must be used / scanned in by USPS within 10 days of receiving the email containing the return shipping label. After that, the label is automatically voided. 

International: We do accept returns from outside of the U.S. via these two methods. Please email us to initiate your international return.

1. You (the customer) can ship your order back to us via your local post office. Please note we are not responsible for any lost packages. Once we receive your item(s) we will process your full refund minus any original shipping costs.

2. We can email you a pre-paid UPS international shipping label. The cost of that label will be estimated based on your location and package weight and size. The cost of the label will be subtracted from the refund amount.


For Repairs
:

Email our Care Team if you need a repair on your piece. The cost of any broken chain repairs are free during the first 30 days of receiving your jewelry. After 30 days there will be a small charge for the cost of the chain and shipping label.

Please Note: Customized and personalized pieces are not eligible for exchanges or returns.


Other Info:

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 7-10 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
